New Year !

The New Year is coming and we all have our hopes to start   fresh and new. But let’s face the facts; we will be the same person when the ball drops. The thought of changing yourself or should I say “your state of mind "to become what you think is a better you. To me there is no good or bad in changing who you are, if it’s for the better. I think that we all at once in our live felt that we need to change who or what we were trying to be even if we didn't we had to tell our self we need to change. Insight of the things we try to get to change our self's, we should really be focusing on the inner person that only you know.  Here are some tips to start off your New Year.   

         

        To start off a better state of being you should always have that image in your mind or write it down or even put it on your wall so that you can see it all the time when you wake up so that it reminds you of what you are working on. I know that’s the number one thing everyone has said about having a goal and working on it but it really helps when you do those things. After put your goal or whatever you may call it in your vision you should think about it, and ask you self what you are doing to help you achieve this goal. One thing that helps me is, when I have a goal I’m working on I always over what I did or need to do , to help me achieve my goal before I go to sleep and when I wake up ,so that I know what I need to work.

            Always surround yourself with positive people that will make you feel better about whom you are and help you be a better person. I know this for a fact, I’m a very negative person and I always put myself with positive people so that I know that I need to be more positive. By doing this, it helps you be more yourself on your bad days. You always need a support team.  You don’t even have to tell them that you are trying to be a better person; they are just there to bring you up and make you feel better. I know that sounds like you are using the person but you’re really not. Think of it as feeding off their positive energy but you get what I mean.

            Last but not least stay committed! If you put your mind to anything you will be very successful in achieving it and will feel ten times better than saying you failed because you made excuses. I know that feel because I do it a lot, and to tell you the true it’s not something to be proud of. Also have fun with whatever goal you set for yourself and laugh at yourself if you make a silly mistake. I love to laugh at the sill things I do because I know that makes me understand my mistakes and builds self –confidents. I hope you all take one advice from this blog and trying it out. One more thing...

Sweater Weather

It’s that time of year were you need a sweater and some warm hot coco to cheer you up. A part from the cold days and dark evenings, I love this time of year, because of the fashion. I’m not talking about how everyone wears UGG boots, but about the sweaters and scarfs with hats that cover your ears and how they make you feel warm. I love the way you can put a big sweater over some tights and wear boots and still look like you put effort in your outfit.  The way I see it sweaters are the new trend of everything, at least to me. In this blog post I will give you the top three sweaters you will be seeing this winter and how to looks good wearing them.

1.       Crew-neck sweater.

                  The Crew-neck Sweater is known to me as the old school sweater apart from turtle necks. It’s a classic sweater that has been worn by anyone and everyone. You would most likely see people wearing this to any holiday event depending on what design is on it. I love these sweaters, because they are very simple. You can wear them with almost anything and still look causal. This sweater comes in all shapes and sizes with different colors which gives you options to pick and choose from. The color that look good on my skin tone is warm colors, because they bring out my skin stone in the winter. I also like the color tan because it helps beings out my natural brown skin color, but it’s not too bright that it makes me look I’m peach. To pick the best color and size you want for a Crew-neck sweater it’s best to know what looks good on your skin tone and make sure that it’s not too baggy on the bottom, but fits you right above your waist, this makes your torso look small and your legs look longer. 

2. V-neck sweater.

            V-neck sweaters are very much like the shirts, but it takes the right person and size to pull it off when wearing it. Most Guys wear V-neck sweaters and can a pull it off very easily but, that not the cases when it comes to females (I ‘m not say that we can’t pull it off as well as they can, it’s just takes the right look and how you wear it). This is very much like the Crew-neck sweater that comes in all sizes and colors, but when you put a V at the top of the neck area, it does not flatter everyone that wears it like the Crew-neck sweater. When wearing a sweater like this everything has to look right or the sweater will ruin your whole outfit. Make sure that the V is not too high up on your neck, so that some of your chest shows. But also make sure that it’s not too low that people can see your cleavage (which is not pretty). You want the V part to be almost in the middle of your chest, so that you can see a little of your chest, like how it looks in the picture above. I don’t really wear V-neck sweater, but when I do I make sure that it’s a solid color (if you have a design on it, it does not flatter your figure all the time so keep it simple), and makes sure it’s not too thick. If you have it thick it will make you look bigger (that’s with any sweater that is thick), make sure the fabric is not too thick or thin, so that it can fit your upper body the way you want . The picture above shows a really good example of how you should look when wearing one. 

3.      Cardigan Sweater.

Cardigan Sweaters have only one thing you want to worry about and that’s the length at the bottom of the cardigan. I love wearing cardigan sweaters, because it’s like a cardigan that is a little bit thicker and also comes in many colors schemes and design pattering on them. When I wear these, I go for darker colors and a nice tan color when picking out a cardigan, because  darker colors goes with everything and you don’t have to match the color with your whole outfit. When wearing any cardigan meanly a sweater cardigan, make sure that the cardigan arm are not too tight and makes your arm looks fat (it ruin the whole look and makes you look bad). Don’t get cardigans that have holes in them it does not always look good. You also want to keep the length to good enough size so that it’s not overly long and makes you look like you are in a robe. Cardigan Sweater are a very classy look and you can wear them to almost any even so don’t add a lot to your outfit when wearing one and keep it simple. Teen Pregnancy

We have all had that one friend that is pregnant and word gets around how she is either keeping the kid or getting and abortion. We all like to say that we will never have sex when we are kids and wait for the right person or when we get married. Well now a day’s sex is everywhere! We all know the risk of it and yet teens still do it. There are many ways in which teen pregnancy can be decreased but if teen and young adult don’t want be careful they may find out that they are having pa baby that they may not want.

            Over the years that most of us have been in school we have seen more of our friends get pregnant or have kids. I know that I have and I tell you it scares me! There has been an increase in teen age birth rates since 2005 that have been a huge increase. In 2011 the teen birth rate was 31.13 in the United States alone. The Unites States ranked the highest in 2008 at the rate of pregnancy of teen out of all the other countries.             I think that the media has played a very big role in how teen should behave and what they should look like or act like. The fact that they have made shows just for girls that are pregnant like 17 and Pregnant and Teen Mom, they are encouraging young teen to become the stereotype they label them and just because you get to be famous for being pregnant does not mean that everyone else will except you. I know that most of the mom’s that stated on 17 and Pregnant then they mad the show for them, Teen Mom. They have all been in the media for something and it’s not saying how grate of a mom they are but how they shouldn’t be moms. Most teen that wants to live the life that the media tell them it’s ok to live, I think that they don’t know how to live that own like and need someone to tell them how to. To me I think that if you live your like the way you want it you won’t have to deal with what people are tell you to be and you will choose who you want to be Nott what people want you to be .

            Aside from all the stereotypes about teenage mothers, there are many people that I know that don’t go by those stereotypes, that when to college and graduated and now have good paying jobs and say that learning from the mistake they made as a teen mom made them who they are now and that they will not take it back for the world. I think that even if you are not planning on having a kid at a young age, there are always people that will help you get through it. Many people have said that but it’s the truth and just because you think all your friends are having sex don’t do it, it’s just the media having an influences in how they think most teen live there life and some that may be true but for the others that are not, don’t play by their book.

  The Wolf of Wall Street is a must see movie of 2013.Leonardo Dicaprio a man we just can get enough of. He is one of the public most liked men and has woman drooling for him and his charming looks. His new movie that he is staring in as Jordan Belfort, it comes out December 25. If you want to know more about what it’s about, click in the on entertainment.time.com. This to me is a must see movie of the year. It has the entire thing you want to see like action, comedy, it’s very sexy too if you are look for something like that. As you know if you have Leonardo staring in a movie it will always turn out good even if you don't like him. I think that he has had a very good career so far and is still going strong.

            The Great Gatsby one of the most talked about movie and a very classic novel written F.Scott Fitzgerald. I personally love the book and movie. This is another one of Leonardo Dicaprio great works in playing the character of Jay Gatsby a millionaire that is chasing a dream from his past. The movie is very classy and with parties and full of drama backstabbing and a love story gone bad. I thought that that this movie was wonderful and that the story line kept to the book.  The ways in which they dress up the characters were out of this world with the amazing customs. If you are also a fan of Jay Gatsby I think you would like the remake of this movie and that it is suspenseful. I would rate this movie a five star because it stuck to the story line and did a very good job of opening the audiences to how the characters felt and all the mischief that happen within the story.  
 

            Throughout Leonardo career he has been big and successful but I think that he had an amazing year in 2013. He will always be one of America’s greatest actors and will be in more movies next year that will be coming soon. I think that we can’t get enough of him even if we try to get rid of him. One of the upcoming movies we should see him in Live by Night which I hope will be another one of his amazing doings. I hope you all take part in see one of the movies I talked about because they will have you wanted more of Mr. Dicaprio and his beauty.

 

Pinterest

If you're like most teens and young adults we are on our phones like every second. We all have an addiction (not that kind of addiction, if you know what I mean) to twitter, snap chat or Instagram. But have you heard of having a pinning addiction. Well not that kind of pin, but similar to that. If you don't know what Pinterest, then you are miss out on your life. That was not a joke. Pinterest is a place to "pin" you want or like on a board that you make. At first I thought that it was something old people do, if you think about it , I know a lot of mom's that do it, but that's not the point I'm trying to get at. The point is that when I first using Pinterest it was amazing! I'm not saying that everyone likes it but, it’s like making your own closetful of things you ever dreamt of ,and I haven't got to the best part yet !, You can learn how to make things and then  pin it on your wall.

             I might be over exaggerating, but it's worth talking about. One thing I like about Pinterest is that it has something for everyone that likes any kind of things like, babes, art, fashion, movies, you get the point. Pinterest is a mixture of twitter and Instagram. It’s like having the best of both worlds, but it’s all in one. If you’re thinking this is too good to be true you should really think it over… I’m joking, but it’s a really good website to have time to kill if you are waiting in line or pretending to text someone (we all do that in public if you know what I mean).

            So I’ve been telling you how grate and wonderful Pinterest is and I’ve really not told you a downside about the website. One thing that I really don’t like about the website is that it’s really hard to fine people. Like if you type in their name it will have three categories to pick from: Pins, Boards and Pinners. Sometimes it comes up with people they think is the person or they say that they found no search of that person. That’s the only negative thing I’ve got to say about it otherwise I think that you all should check it out. And if you want, you can send me your name so that I can follow you because, it’s really hard to find me and I need more follower and I would think you would want more to so consider it !

Celebrity Eddie Redmyane is one of my guy crush of this year. He is an amazing actor that has stared in Les Misérables , The other Boleyn girl and Elizabeth I . One thing I like about the roles he plays, is that he plays the role of a young man in the time period of 1800’s-1900. He has that type of character that fits that time period and plays it very well as an actor. I love the style of hoe they dressed him in Les Misérables. It takes curtain person that has the look and the style of a person back in the 1800’s-1900.

Eddie to me has a unique face and look. To me he looks like a little boy that has a very settle face that makes you want say “Aw”. Maybe its jest me but he could be a doll. To my surprise, most people that so know him have a very soft spot when they see him. It’s like a connection we share for someone that we find very good look. I know that we all have that with someone we have has a crush on or jest a friend that you find very adorable. When I want on about how Eddie is a person that has the look and the style of a person back in the 1800’s-1900, if you really think about it there are many other people you can name that can pull of that look not only him. Like for example Lana Del Ray has that beautiful face that can pull off a 60’s look or even 30’s.

 

To be complete honest that are many people that have a gene that makes them look like a grandparent or parent back when they were young, which makes them pull of looks that most people can’t without adding a lot of makeup to make them look like them. I think that was all have a unique part of use even if it’s not like look like someone back in the1800’s-1900’s, we still have our own face that no one else has,… well except for twins. But you know what I mean. I hope that you know and find something that makes you unique from everyone else kind, like Eddie with his boyish cram and 1800 hundred look.

Hey views it’s me Glorie! I have started a new Trimester and I think I might change up my topic. I’m not sure of what I want to do. I have to say that I still want to write about entertainment but I feel like I get lost at words on what to write without repeating myself. I wanted to give you guys options in what I should write about .But than a really good topic came up and I really didn't need your help in the end JK… and FYI … I still need your help. Any ways let's move on.

            One of my topics I was thinking about is what the latest is. This will be about anything and everything. I will be talking about life and the ups and downs of everything I can put into words. I will mealy forces on teens and like facts. I chose this because I think that it is a good idea to switch it up and blog about something more to home. Not trying to say that being nosing is not easy to me but, I think that everyone gets tired of being in other people business. To tell you the truth I’m not even that nosey. I like to stay out of people business and worry about myself. I really should stay on topic and not talk about myself.

          As I was saying I really want feedback on what I will be changing my blog to. Another topic will be Stay Classy. It will be about the classiest people we have lining on the wonderful earth that we are distorting. That last part was just a little something that I wanted to add in that last sentence because I love the earth so much I want to give a shout out to it. But back on what we were talking about… which were… oh yeah topics for my blog. Any ways I think that out of those two topics I give you guys and in views, should please consider to picking one for me to write about. I really don’t like making decisions … I don’t know why but it’s really hard for me to make up my mind. I hope I see a comment but at this point I’m sure I will have to make the decision by myself. Britney Spears - Work B**ch

From Britney Spears crazy moments and her ups and downs in her life, she is back and better than ever. Her new album called Britney Jean is one of her best since she can back.  The song Work B**ch has become one of the most talked about songs in 2013. In the music video she is showing off her banging body. I personally think that the song Work B**ch is one of Britney's best song in all her career. Beside from how sexy she looks in the music video the song, the song itself make has a good vibe to it. Most of her newer songs are like that and I really think most people like that she is changing it up.

            I fine this song to be a showstopper that gets me wants to work for anything and everything. I think that what she says in the song about “You wanna hot body, You wanna Bugatti, You wanna Maserati…..” “You better work Bi**ch.” This is very true in anything in life you do. You have to work for what you want to get where you want. We all want something right now or in the future that we could work for but we are not working hard enough for it. To me this song makes we want to work; it’s a really good workout song. I have to say that is song is about how hard Britney had to work to get to the place she is right now. I like the new and improved Britney, that has a banging body and don’t look a day old from how young she used to be.

            I was never a big fan of Britney Spears, but I have to say that her coming back has made me see that she will never stop trying and she is working for what she wants. What it took Britney to come back hard and better than ever before, took a lot of work. I think the lesson in this song is, don’t stop trying and that you have to work to get what you want. I do suggest that you listen to some of her other songs on her album Britney Jean, which is already out and has other amazing songs. I hope you guys go watch the music video and tell me if you like it or not. P.S some of her music videos are really scandals but the overall songs are really good.

Roger Rodas :The other Man that died in the Car

If you have not heard about his death than you must not be that entrusted in his death or you are an isolated antisocial… JK, but really you should have heard about it by now. The fact that everyone is talking about Paul Walker and no one seems to care about his friend Roger Rodas the guy who was driving the car when they both died in the care accident . Most people overlook the fact that someone else was in the car, I know I did. Short story about that. My friend and I was talking about the accident and then she said “Did you know about his friend that was driving that car that also died.” I said “no “then she laugh and said "well most people don't even think or care about his friend that died let alone know that he was in the car." I told her that she made a good point and that most people only care about the person they know that is famous or focus on who we want to know about. That's why I made the  decisions to blog about him.  

That night I want on Facebook and all I saw was ads about Walker and stories about how much people (who don't even know him), wrote like a paragraph about how much they loved him and how they will miss him. I did not see a single ad about Roger Rodas, (not even one that said his name!). I think that in a selfish way we all don't really care about Rodas,because we are so focus on Walker and how he won't get to act in his upcoming movie.  Even though Rodas was famous and may not have been more famous than Walker I think that people should pay the respect of the person he was and what role he played in many of his family and friends lives. 

 I personally don't know Rodas, but he same like a good person. I have to say that I didn't really pay attention or even think about Roger Rodas ,until someone made an effort to recognize that he also died and that he was as or even more important than Walker to me. I know we have all done this once in our life and you may not see it right now or at this point in time, but we should all know and understand that everyone and thing around us is important and we  shouldn't take them  for granted even if they had little or nothing to do in our life. I’m very hart broken for what happen to two wonderful men that meant a lot too many people.

I know that you may think I'm pushing you in wanting to feel sorry for Roger Rodas  and not Paul Walker, but I'm really not. I 'm jest making you aware that most people didn't wanted to be aware of this situation and only saw the side they wanted to see from it. I know that even if the situation was different, people will still do the same thing. I know I would have. I just want you all that read this to be aware of thing even if its not a big deal, there will always be something that we don't notices or care for that will be left out and make us think back on how we could have changed it.

I found her great role model because she knows who she is and respect her heritage and family.  One thing I found out about Zoë was that after her dad died when she was nine, she found the love for dancing and worked hard and did her best in everything she could do. The movies Avatar and   Colombiana  she stared in, shows how good of an actress she it. 4 Best Celebrity Halloween Costumes of 2013

Halloween is the time of ghost and things that make our skin crawl. We all have the crazy customs and makeup to get in the spirit. But let’s be honest most of don’t have cute little customs anymore; It’s all about who has the funniest custom and who looks the best in it. Now a day it’s about how short or skimpy you look in your custom.  I miss the cute and funny customs that make you laugh and not something that makes you look slutty. I will show my top 5 Halloween customs of celebrities that I thought that shows the spirit of Halloween.                                              

         We love them and can’t get enough of what they give us, with all the dram that makes them a crazy family. The Kardashians look a likes come in at number 4. The Thompson also knows for the television series Here_Comes_Honey_Boo_Boo!   this picture shows how Halloween sprit should look like. They all look like they are having fun and they kind of look like the Kardashinas if you look closely… jest joking. I love all of their costumes and think that they did a good job of acting out as them. I love the fact that Alana custom look jest like Kris Jenner, and Mike Thompson does a good impression of Bruce Jenner. I over all love the fact they all look good and did a good job of picking a family theme that they could all  dress at and be good at playing the role of.

    E! New cast I think did a great job also of picking a group custom that I could see all of them playing them out. They are all dress up as  a  Real Housewives. (Its a show on Bravo TV if you didn't know what show that is ) . I have to say that I love E! New cast and really think that they did a good job of looking the part of  the house wife they wanted to look like. My favorite customs out of all the housewives is Terrence Jenkins as NeNe Leakes. What I like the most about his customs is how his face expression looks jest like how NeNe would look like. Over all they really look like they are all in the spirit of Halloween and I love that the guys man up and put on woman clothes.   

        I think I fell in love with this picture when I first saw it!that why it’s my number 2. Alyson Hannigan & Alexis Denisof and their daughters Satyana and Keeva went trick or treating around their neighborhood. I think that the Theme is perfect for the whole family. I love the fact that Alyson and Alexis included Satyana and Keeva. I have to say that they all look like a happy leprechaun family that will find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!

 My number one favorite custom this year is Iggy Azalea as Cruella de Vil. I love this so much! She looks amazing in this customs. I have to say that this look suites her very well. Her body language shows that she is in character. I love every aspects of this costume even the makeup is right on, and the Dalmatian just tops the whole costume off I think. She shows and looks like she is in the spirit of Halloween.

                We’ve all had those times were we don’t want to put on makeup and that when everyone sees our true colors. For some people, they don’t look as bad others and it could be viscera. In this day of age we all want to leave our house looking the best we can because we don’t know who we might meet. I don’t have a problem with makeup, but I chose not to wear it so that I don’t have to look ten yours older than my age. Almost all if not any of the celebrities you know of, that wear lots of makeup and look scary once it all comes off. I have to give say that the celebrities that look good without makeup are getting honor on my blog because they don’t have to war make up to show their beauty.

  My number 3 best look without make is Selena Gomez an actress and recording artist. I find her very outgoing and stunning inside and out. Ashley Tisdale my number 2 is also an actress and recording artist and like Selena Gomez started her career on Disney Channel. She is a very day blond that has fun and lives’ life to the fullest. One thing that makes her beauty glow is that she is a go getter type of person that makes her personality strong. I have to say that having a flawless face at her age and looking like a twenty five year old shows that she takes care of herself. Personally I hope I look as healthy as she does at her age, and not need to wear makeup to cover up may age. They usually only appear "blurred" to men who don't comprehend the meaning of "no." That’s a shocker right! You would never think a song that has a catchy beat could mean something that most people don’t think about when they are singing the song.

             I really did like this song I thought it was a good song because of its catchy tone and how it sound easy-going and laid-back can make the song get stuck in your head easily. Liking the song or not, it’s about rape. Rape is a very teaching subject to talk about; most times you don’t hear people talking about rap as an east-going or laid black topic in any situation. The fact that most people think of Blurred Lines as jest a song and will listened to it multiple times and never once think about rape or harassment means that most people don’t care what they listen to and don’t know. The fact that Robbin Thicke's intentions to write a song about rape and all of these people hearing it on the radio are singing it unaware that what they are describing is rape, which is the hidden meaning behind this song that most people don’t know when they are sing it.  

            There are many opinions of what people think about blurred lines, some people interpret the meaning of the song completely different and think that it’s not about rap. When I first heard it and was surprised when I read some of the reviews that talked about rape. I usually have no problem jumping in a conversation about woman's rights and rape culture, but I genuinely think the meaning of this song has been misconstrued. It bothers me how we can have real issues concerning gender discrimination and rape out there, yet this song is the primary focus of discuss. Whether this song is about rape, date rape or sexual harassment, I will leave to your interpretations but honestly I find this song gross, disgusting, degrading, belittling and low to women and if people can’t understand that, then they must not care how women should be treated.

            Phones you can do anything with them, you can search the web, play music, watch movies and even find a place you are look for with a GPS app.  But most of what we use our phone for is Texting. We are constantly on it. We treat it as if it’s our one and only love and nothing can or will hurt it.  It takes up 90% of our everyday life. According to clinical psychologist Michael J. Breus, Ph.D.,teenagers send approximately 100 text messages per day, amounting to a whopping 3,400 text messages every month(.globalpost.com) . That’s a lot of texting for jest a month! Our phone is everything to use, but there are many things that are not so good about them.

            Having a phone has advantage and disadvantages. There are a lot of advantages of mobile phone, it is a good technology to communication with people wherever and whenever you want to give important information or talk to your love one far and near. For example your car broke in the middle of not where no way to get out you can just get your phone and call for help this is one of the way phone effect people on the positive side. In some part of Africa some people are lock of communication for that reason they cannot talk to  their  family member .                                                                                                                   

             Some disadvantage phone  have in America is some people misusing phone like bullying their friend on line that can lead to people killing their self just for phone another one is see  stuff that is not appropriate for them and also phone have effect teenager not to pay attention in class and destroy they relationship with their parent. And one major problem is that people are texting while driving this is one of the problem in America some parents and teenage are so addicted to phone that they hand cannot stay a second without taking phone and looking out something that is not necessary one important disadvantage of phone is that you spend more on phone bill but some teenager do not care because they are not the want who is paying for their phone bill so they texting call and do what every they want to do.

             I think that phones have taken over our generation. We should use them for good proposes and not bad ones. We as a generation have the technology to do many things with phones and could, but we don’t choose to.  I think we should all think before we send a text or not text in places that could hurt our lives or others. I hope that people think about how much our phones are controlling our lives and that we should take some time and enjoy what we have before its gone and not be on our phones.

Chris Brown out of Control !

 

            We all know about the assault that Chris Brown did his ex girlfriend Rihanna. What he did was wrong and unacceptable and shouldn't be taken lightly just because he's a celebrity. I'm not saying Rihanna is not the reason why, not by any means. She may have provoked him or she hit him first .Maybe she did or maybe she didn't but that still doesn't justified what he did. After what happen with Rihanna and him, I think that he changed. He just was arrested in Washington, D.C. this weekend for alleging punching a man who wanted his autograph. His has gotten out of control and need to change his actions and get help his family and friends say.

            Chris Brown has anger management issues and weed and alcohol problem that he needs help with.  His family and friends say that he is a good kid and very responsible when he is not doing drinking or around the people that are bad influences on him. His family and friends think that he needs to go to Rehab and Intensive Therapy to help him. At the point where Chris Brown is at, he need to think about how his actions will/ are effecting his live and the people around him. I also think that people need to realize that the age he is at he has stopped caring and wants to live a little before he gets old.

            Yes Chris Brown is very talented and a big fan of him, but he need to understand stand the he is getting older and need to become more of a role model than someone one that . Just because he is talented and rich doesn't mean you don’t need help. Basically, he thinks that he does not have a problem but can’t admit to himself. Yes we are all stubborn in many ways and not own up to our mistakes. I think Chris brown will realize that he needs the help and hopefully benefit from it.

             I think that people that have issue should just  try to get help even though we all making mistake after mistake, it still  does not make difference  I think they should go and get help for their problem and stay away from anyone or thing that will get in trouble  or put them in danger. Honestly his family and friends care about him and want him to get help. I hope that Chris can see that he has a strong support system and that in life you can’t go at things alone you need a group to hold you up and keep you moving.
